Growing your own vegetables should be the rewarding part — not the watering, weeding and worrying. That’s the whole idea behind the raised wicking beds we build and install across Sydney.
Water sits in a sealed reservoir in the base of the bed and “wicks” up to the roots on demand, so your plants drink what they need, when they need it, even while you’re at work or away for the weekend. Because the surface stays dry, weeds struggle to germinate and slugs and snails stay away, while the rich organic blend we fill each bed with keeps feeding your crops for years.
In practice that means topping up the water every couple of weeks in summer, mulching once a year, and otherwise just picking and eating. Whether it’s a courtyard at home, a balcony, or a row of beds for a school garden, the beds do the hard work so you don’t have to
The engineered beds we install are tuned for unbelievably high vegetable yields with no hassle. Plants growing in our raised beds are many times more productive than plants growing in the ground. They have everything they need on hand because our raised beds are:
And even better they:
We fill these beds with a highly nutritious organic blend that sets you up for years of high yields with very little effort.
