Our sub irrigated planters supercharge your veggies with all the nutrition and water they need to thrive, with very little maintenance!
We install these in southern Sydney.
What makes these beds a “powerhouse” isn’t marketing — it’s the growing system underneath. A sealed reservoir in the base feeds water up to the roots on demand, a rich organic blend keeps nutrients available year-round, and a built-in worm composter turns your kitchen scraps into fertiliser without you lifting a finger.
Together they keep your vegetables growing fast and steadily, the way commercial growers aim for, but on a backyard scale. In practice that means topping up the water roughly every couple of weeks in summer and monthly in winter, mulching once a year, and otherwise just planting and picking.
Because the surface stays dry, you’ll see far fewer weeds, slugs and snails than an in-ground bed, and far less of the disease that wet leaves bring on. Most households are surprised how much one well-run bed produces — enough leafy greens, herbs and seasonal crops to genuinely change what’s on the dinner table.
Every backyard is different, so we build to suit your space, your sun and your soil — from a single narrow bed along a fence to a full kitchen-garden layout. If you’d like to know what would work in your yard, get in touch for a quote and we’ll talk through the options

We Make Growing Easy
Our unique wicking beds are tuned for unbelievably high vegetable yields and are:
And even better they:
Our beds are engineered to be watered from below with a self watering wicking reservoir and air pockets, which means:
- less watering - just plug-in your hose to top-up occasionally
- less fertiliser needed - low nutrient runoff
- healthier more drought resistant plants
- deep root encouragement
- worms thrive - so no digging!
And even better, the dry soil surface means:
- lower pest problems - slugs and snails don't like it
- no weeding - weed seeds can't germinate
- reduced fungal issues - hence great for tomatoes, cucumbers, zuchinni and squash
