A couple of keen gardeners in Seaforth wanted to convert their backyard into a working vegetable garden.
They had come up with a nice layout for 6 beds. 5 were wicking beds with sub-irrigated water reservoirs, and one bed was open bottomed in order to plant a tree and other deeper rooted plants.

This couple are keen members of a local community garden, so we look forward to an incredibly high volume of vegetables being grown from this yard within a few months!
