A community in North Sydney wanted to grow better vegetables on their rooftop garden, and commissioned us to install 2 large wicking beds.

These are great for rooftops, terraces and areas where you wish to control water runoff as they are fully lined with an outlet, so water can be directed wherever is most convenient for drainage.

In this case there was already a soil base laid with good drainage. The area receives good sun, so these beds should be pretty productive.

And our high-nutrient wicking mix tends to improve with age, so yields should rise over the next few planting seasons.
